1) Water intake –

Drink at least ½ your bodyweight in ounces daily for 7 consecutive days. E.g. if I weigh 200#, I need 100oz of water. Then write a personal reflection paper about this challenge.

Tips:

  • Water bottle/Nalgene of some sort (bonus: straw)
  • Drink every 30 minutes
  • Drink prior to food
  • Drink water prior to any other fluid
  • Use plain tea or plain, unflavored seltzer (no added ingredients)
  • Add fruit (lemon, lime, orange, watermelon…..)
