Brief Overview and Project Scope Discussion
Continue with the project that you identified during the Unit 2 and Unit 3 discussion, for which you were a member of a team that was involved in a project.
- Remind us of your project by first providing a brief overview of the project scope.
- Develop a set of activities necessary to accomplish this project (These likely will relate back to the deliverables and work packages you identified in the Unit 2 discussion).
- Place these activities in order to create sequential logic.
- Provide the predecessor activity(s) for each activity.
- Provide your response in a table. For example:
Activity # Description Predecessor 1 Determine Equipment None 2 Validate Equipment 1 3 Order Equipment 2 4 Prepare the location where the
equipment will be placed.2 5 Receive Equipment 3 6 Setup Equipment 4, 5
- Were any of your activities capable of being completed concurrently or did they all need to be completed as serial activities? Explain.
- Identify at least two constraints that your project had. Identify if the constraint was time, resource, or mixed. Explain.
