The goal of HRM is to maximize the productivity of an organization by maximizing the effectiveness of employees while simultaneously improving the work life of employees and treating them as valuable resources.

  • What do you believe the HR department at your company, or company you’ve worked for in the past, has done to achieve those goals?

2) PEER REVIEW (JAMES)

I am employed at Lamar Advertising. I believe the HRM there works very hard to achieve the goals to keep the employees happy. One way they do this is they have an open door policy. They take all problems seriously and handle every situation. Outside of the HR office is a suggestion box also. Its nice to the employees to know that if they have a problem, they can talk about it and it will get handled.
