The role of ethics in negotiation is what is the moral right or wrong thing to do. Based upon ones culture can alter these beliefs and what could be right to them could be wrong to you. If there are any signs of unethical behavior there could cause suppliers/vendors to go elsewhere with there business and employees to quit.
