- Family Adaptability and Cohesion Environment Scale (FACES)
- Self-Report Family Inventory (SFI)

Review the types of family systems you can use: Pick one
- A parent and child
- Siblings
Have each member of the family system complete the appropriate consent form: ( have some body do it or make it up but make it sound good)
Conduct and score each assessment.
Provide the family members with the results from their assessment and feedback. (Note. It is not appropriate for you to provide counseling for the family members. If you feel they need more support, provide them with a referral.)
Complete an assessment report discussing the results of the assessments for the family system in one document:
