A structured walkthrough occurs when a peer group systematically reviews a product created during the systems development process. The objective of this review is to assure that the product conforms to organizational standards and that all relevant parties understand and agree with the information contained in the product (e.g., a Baseline Project Plan).

Discuss the “Roles” need to be performed during a walkthrough. Provide examples of possible questions asked during a walkthrough. Provide example of one specific project which would be benefited from this process.

Directions: Write three-four paragraphs that respond to the topic with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples from the readings and your own experiences to reinforce your ideas. Be sure to integrate citations/references to the readings for the week as well as two additional peer reviewed resources.
