Interview your selected manager about a recent organizational change the manager made or is currently implementing.
Write a 500 word analysis of the manager’s change management skills, applying specific OB concepts from your readings to each of the following:
- Describe in detail the old or current organizational state versus the new desired organizational state.
- What are the implications of the change on organizational strategy, structure, culture, and human behavior?
- How did the manager approach implementing the change? What were or are the outcomes?
- What went well with the change process? What did not go well? Provide rational for your opinion.
- What advice would you offer the manager about how to manage the change differently or more effectively in the organization?
