If applicable, you may correlate your topic to your field of study at JWU. The length of this paper is 5 pages (not including works cited page), double- spaced, with a minimum of 4 references from reputable sources. One reference must be from an evidence-based research study. The advantage of evidenced based research is that it is objective, unbiased, and in many cases, provides directions for practical applications. Specifically, you will synthesize research from the scientific literature, and draw conclusions based on your research. This assignment provides an opportunity for you to explore an area of interest in Exercise Physiology in greater depth than time allows in our course.

You are required to submit a first draft of your paper for review as well as the evidenced based research study that you are using for your topic. Please submit it as a hard copy on the due date. If you are absent on that day please submit an electronic copy to me via e-mail. You will then have an opportunity to revise your paper before handing in the final copy.

You are required to use correct Modern Language Association (MLA) format and your paper should include a running header, page numbers, in-text citations, and a Works Cited page.
